Be sure you have reviewed TAF’s Eligibility & Guidelines before accessing the 2025 Request Summary
For the 2025 Annual Grant Cycle, submission of a Request Summary utilizing TAF’s online portal is the first step in our proposal process and required for all organizations.
First time users will select the Create New Account option and establish a username and password for your organization and not you as an individual. This email and password will enable you and others involved in the grant process to access every form that your organization submits. Immediately following your first online session, an email message from the system confirming your account set-up will be sent. If you do not see the email, check spam/junk folders and adjust filters.
Returning users will be asked for their username and password to enter the secure site.
Important Update: To improve the user experience, Foundant recently implemented updates to its applicant dashboard. These adjustments are minimal and should not disrupt the process. Please watch this short Video Tutorial from Foundant with instructions on how to navigate the updated dashboard layout.
